Returns + Exchanges

At Didriks we want you to be delighted with your purchase. We honor most return requests.

How to request a return authorization number:

Please contact us directly by email at support@didriks.com to request a Return Authorization Number no more than thirty (30) days after the order has been received. Please mention your order number when submitting a return request. After thirty (30) days, Didriks cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

Please note: Due to the ongoing delays caused by COVID-19, returns by mail can take up to 2-3 weeks to process. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Refund details

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your refund from the time your package is received by our team. We will refund the original payment method once your return is approved.

Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Didriks is not responsible for return shipping unless the product has arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Didriks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We suggest you ship your return insured and via a trackable method.

Return restrictions by brand/item category:

We cannot process item returns on the following items:
  • All indoor and outdoor furniture (see FAQ for help on shipping-related damage)
  • Libeco Home linen fabric by the yard
  • Garnier Thiebaut cut-to-size fabric

Libeco Linen Returns

We cannot accept returns on linens that have been unpackaged.

If you desire to buy a full linen set, but are unsure about the color you have selected, we recommend that a customer buy a small sample of the product, such as a pillowcase or napkin, and examine the product color before unpackaging it. There are also swatch cards available for bedding collections.
